Sonys DSC-T5 is ultra-slim and comes with a Carl Zeiss Vario-Tessar optics offering 5.1 mega-pixel resolution and 3x optical zoom lens and a 2.5 LCD screen. 32Mb of built-in memory is included along with aMemory Stick card slot. Image quality is average but not outstanding. Perhaps this has something to do with its small form factor; most ultra slim cameras display soft, fuzzy images.
